How do I get started?
You'll receive a link and Access Code for your bespoke page on the Client Services Portal, when it's ready. You'll always use the same link, with the same Access Code and this will be the global place for all documents and files. You'll still receive files via email, but you'll be able to access all files and links via the Portal - saving you time and making it easier to access key documents, quicker.
Which clients are eligible for the portal?
Only new and selected returning clients are eligible for, and will receive access to, the Client Services Portal. We'll be rolling out access to selected clients in the first half of 2025. If you haven't received your invite or access code, don't worry - you'll receive access when it's available.
Can I opt out of using the portal?
All clients will still continue to receive physical email attachments. While you can't opt out as part of working with Meerkatjack, you'll always continue to receive email copies of documents, links and other content. We encourage clients to start using and taking advantage of the easy, 24/7 access to the portal.
